Andrew is a senior executive with 30 years of real estate experience. He is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, and a qualified barrister.
Andrew spent almost 10 years as director of a number of real estate vehicles, during which time he was involved in investment, regeneration and development. He was director of Sanne Group for more than six years.
Ian has worked in the construction sector for 20 years, during which time he has managed and delivered a wide range of projects.
Before joining Place Partnership in 2015, Ian was Head of Asset Management for Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service. He has worked in both the private and public sectors, specialising in contract management, procurement and business processes.
Mel has held a number of senior HR positions during her 20 year career. As HR Service Manager for Hoople, Mel helped to set up Place Partnership and shape the organisation’s transformation programme. She holds a Master of Arts (MA) in the Management of Human Resources.
Chris is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with over thirty years’ experience in property management. Chris spent approximately 12 years as Property Services Manager for a local authority in Northamptonshire before joining Place Partnership and has also worked in senior positions within the private sector being Group Property Manager for West Midlands Travel and Property Manager for BAE Systems
Nick joined Place Partnership from a Shropshire-based development company, where he was responsible for assembling opportunity development sites and the subsequent disposal of consented schemes. He was previously Head of Valuation in GVA’s Birmingham office and will be heading up Place Partnership's Strategic Asset Management division
